Hawkeye was great to work with. They got back to us right away to set a date and then were flexible when we needed to change it last minute. Mike, our inspector, was great to work with. He explained everything to us step by step, pointed out things that weren't necessarily going to be used for the home inspection but would be good to change on our own to preserve our lawn or other parts of the house. I'd like to mention what a pleasure it was to work with Mike. He was professional and courteous at all times. He patiently answered all of my questions. He took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood what he was doing, what he was looking at, and why it was important. He explained the free year of home repair advice and the value of Mass Save programs.
