I put in an offer on Friday 9.4.20 and it was accepted. My buyer's agent setup the home inspection with Chris Gregoire Sunday 9.6.20 @ 9am. Chris was on time, very knowledgeable, and came with a great sense of humor. He walked me through everything and I received the report that evening. It was as detailed as the inspection itself. Our inspector Chris did an amazing job! He walked us through the whole property and actually taught us a lot about home maintenance! I highly recommend Chris Gregoire at Hawkeye Home Inspection to anyone who needs a home inspection.  He did an excellent job inspecting my new home.
