From the customer service phone call with Deborah to the inspection with John Moulton, I had a great experience with Hawkeye! Deborah was super nice on the phone while helping me make the appointment and even nicer when I called back with all my first-time home buyer inspection questions. She was kind, patient and very helpful. John was also super nice and thorough in his inspection. He even brought us snacks! He arrived early and made sure to check everything off the list.
